Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Synoptro handles refunds for digital products, future programs, and services.
Digital products
Digital product purchases on synoptro.com are processed through Polar.sh, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions. Polar's standard 14-day refund window applies to digital products, including:
- templates
- kits
- guides
- downloads
- digital documents
- similar digital products
If you decide a kit isn't right for your team, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting Polar at the email address shown in your purchase receipt or through your Polar account at polar.sh/purchases.
Refunds for digital products are handled directly by Polar.sh. Synoptro does not process digital product refunds.
After 14 days, refund requests for digital products are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Synoptro's discretion. Significant misrepresentation or an undisclosed product defect may warrant a refund outside the standard window. In those cases, contact us at [email protected].
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
Forum and future programs
The Synoptro Forum is currently an interest list for a future cohort-based offering and is not currently an active self-serve subscription product unless a live offer explicitly states otherwise.
If Synoptro later offers a recurring program, membership, cohort, or subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date to avoid future charges.
Cancellation stops future billing only. Payments already made for a live recurring program are generally non-refundable unless:
- required by law
- otherwise stated on the offer page
- we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate in a specific case
If a future program includes a specific trial period, introductory offer, cohort policy, or stated guarantee, that policy will apply as described on the applicable offer page.
Consulting and custom services
Payments for consulting, advisory, facilitation, or other custom services are non-refundable once the engagement has started, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
If a separate proposal, agreement, or statement of work includes different cancellation or refund terms, those terms will control for that engagement.
Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased product or future program, contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
Technical support does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
Payment processors
Polar Software Inc. ("Polar.sh") is the merchant of record for digital product transactions on synoptro.com. Polar's own terms, billing, chargeback, and tax policies apply to those transactions in addition to this Refund Policy.
Consulting and custom services may follow a separate invoice, services agreement, proposal, or written commercial term that controls payment timing, cancellation, and any refund rights for that engagement.
